Thanks to its strong bleaching effect and excellent grease and starch dissolving power, the HLU-31 is ideal for dishes, glasses, stainless steel, and cutlery. With a dosage of 2.0–4.0 g/l, the Hobart HLU-31 is perfect for daily use with water hardness between 7–21 °dH. It ensures hygienically clean wash results, even with intensive use. Not suitable for aluminum or light metal alloys. For best results, use with a water softening or demineralization system is recommended. The HLU-31 is the ideal solution for kitchens with high demands on cleaning performance, material care, and efficiency.
